What if I miss a month?
Unused services roll forward one calendar month. So if you miss September, you can use that included facial in October — alongside October's. No lost value.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Anytime. Switch from Glow to Radiance the moment it makes sense. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
Can I share my membership with family?
Memberships are individual, but every tier includes guest passes — Glow gets one per quarter, Inner Circle gets one per quarter at full member rate. Share the love.
Does the discount apply to injectables?
Yes — the member discount applies across every studio. Inner Circle members also get a $150 quarterly injectable credit on top of the discount.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime, no penalties. Just give us 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Any unused services from your final month remain yours to use within the following 30 days.
How do I become a Founders' Member?
The first 50 members at any tier lock in their monthly rate for life — even when we raise prices for new members. Founders' status is automatic for members who join before our Grand Opening event.
