What if I miss a month?
No lost value. Unused included services roll forward one calendar month. Miss your September facial? You'll have two to use in October. We don't profit from you forgetting — we'd rather you show up.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date so you get full value from your current month. No hoops, no fees.
Can I share my membership with someone?
Memberships are individual — but every tier includes guest passes. Silver members get one per quarter; Gold and Platinum VIP members get quarterly passes at full member rate. Great for bringing a partner, sister, or best friend into the lounge.
Does the member discount apply to injectables?
Yes. The discount applies across all six studios, including injectables and laser. Platinum VIP members also receive a $150 injectable credit every quarter — stacked on top of the 20% discount.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime — no penalties, no annual contracts. We ask for 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Any unused services from your final month remain yours for 30 days after cancellation.
How does the Founders' Membership work?
The first 50 members at any tier lock in their current monthly rate permanently — even as prices rise for new members. Founders' status is granted automatically when you join before our Grand Opening. Only a handful of spots remain.
Do I need to use the same service every month, or can I mix?
Each tier includes specific monthly services (e.g., Silver includes one Signature Facial). Your member discount applies to everything else across all six studios — mix and match freely. Our team can help you build a monthly ritual that actually fits your life.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No annual contract, no minimum term. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 7 days' notice. The membership is designed to earn your loyalty — not lock it in.
