Before your first visit.
Do I need to know what treatment I want before booking?
Not at all. If you're not sure where to start, book a complimentary skin or wellness consultation and we'll guide you to the right studio. Most first-time clients discover services they didn't even know we offered.
Is 3Twelve a med spa or a salon?
Both — intentionally. Studios 01, 02, and 04 are beauty-focused (hair, brows, lashes, permanent makeup). Studios 03, 05, and 06 are clinical (custom facials, laser, injectables, IV wellness). Every medical treatment operates under physician oversight. You don't have to choose between looking good and real results.
Who performs the injectables?
Our injectable treatments are administered by Preet Sidhu RN, an advanced injector with over 200 hours of specialized training — with physician medical oversight on every clinical service. You're never in the hands of a junior technician.Â
Where exactly are you located, and is there parking?
We're inside The Core Shopping Centre — Unit 312, 510 8th Ave SW, Calgary (Holt Renfrew side). Parkade access is available directly via The Core. We're also walking distance from +15 connections and several downtown transit stops.

Do I need to be a member to book?
No — all services are available à la carte. Members simply save 10–20% on every visit and get included monthly services. If you visit more than once, membership pays for itself fast.
